I saw an article on the NY Times site today about small business loan scams.
The Times apparently licenses content from Allbusiness.com; here's the link to the Times article, but it may not be there later...no permalink.
The same content is up at Allbusiness.com...they echo points I made in an earlier post (I feel affirmed), and also offer some additional points of advice. Worth reading.
When you're borrowing money, you're buying.
Caveat emptor.
